The 2014 Flexible Film and Bag Conference, produced by the Flexible Film and Bag Division of SPI: The Plastics Industry Trade Association, will focus on opportunities for smart growth in the flexible film industry. This innovative education program will speak to changing dynamics -- global economic, feedstock supply and technical -- that present challenges and opportunities for businesses with a stake in the flexible film industry. The conference will bring together the entire supply chain for updates on the latest technologies and trends as they relate to resin, equipment, converting processes, recycling and consumer needs.  

Sessions will begin on Tuesday, May 20th with a keynote presentation followed by a full day session and a half-day of sessions on Wednesday, May 21st. Dynamic presentations, panel discussions, and other formats will be offered. 

The Flexible Film and Bag Conference will focus on timely topics, such as:

  • The Latest Consumer Trends Related to Flexible Packaging
  • Resin Innovations
  • New Machine Technologies
  • Opportunities to Expand Flexible Film Recycling and Alternative End-of-Life Solutions.
