Terms & Guarantee: All orders must be prepaid; we are sorry we are unable to invoice. Almost all SPI items are available in electronic format only. SPI does not furnish printed versions of electronic-formatted items. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your SPI materials, please contact us within 30 days for a prompt refund. Most electronic files are available for download within 24 hours of placing your order. Physical shipment items are shipped within 7-10 days; however, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery before submitting claims. Please supply a street address (for UPS service) where possible. Be sure to include postage & handling charges in your total payment, if your item(s) are not available in electronic format. Postage does not apply to electronic-only orders. SPI will add applicable sales tax for all orders to California, the District of Columbia, Illinois and South Carolina.
