9. Description of concern.
Based on the concern(s) identified above, please provide a detailed description of the particular problem your company has experienced. This description should include the applicable time period, events surrounding the occurence, any attempts to resolve the problem with Korean government officials (at the federal or local levels) and their response. If possible, it would also help to quantify the impact (if any) of the problem. For example, if your company experienced a trade barrier that hindered your ability to enter the Korean market, please estimate the lost sales revenue.
