• Date: June 13 - 16, 2017
  • Held At: Lord Baltimore Hotel, Baltimore, Maryland

The primary objective of the Symposium is to facilitate discussion among government officials, scientists and industry representatives that fosters greater harmonization among national regulatory programs for food packaging.  Simpler and more consistent regulations across the world make it less complicated and expensive for companies to sell their products globally.

The Symposium is a major biennial event where experts from government agencies, scientific institutions and industry around the world discuss regulatory obstacles to global marketing of food packaging materials and opportunities to overcome those obstacles.
