The Winter Conference program will be on Thursday, December 3, 2009. The morning session will examine emerging compliance burdens for U.S. manufacturers of plastic food packaging components, including new testing guidelines, state and federal "green chemistry" initiatives, the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (CPSIA), and proliferating sustainability indices and third-party certifications.
