7/2/01 Clarification of SPI’s Position on Use of Emission Factors for Indiana
5/8/00 SPI submitted comments on a Texas Natural Resource Commission proposal to establish criteria for facilities that emit de minimis amounts of air contaminants that would not need preconstruction authorization.
12/3/99 SPI's Fluoropolymers Division Comments on Maryland's Notice of Proposed Action to establish federally enforceable procedures that may be used to reduce a source's potential to emit to below major source thresholds.
4/99 SPI and its Fluoropolymers Division submitted comments to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on planned federal regulations and/or guidelines for controlling emissions of hazardous air pollutants and volatile organic compounds from stationary sources that coat miscellaneous metal and plastic parts.
