“The Plastics Industry Association congratulates the Speaker of the House, Kevin McCarthy, Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell and welcomes the 118th Congress to Washington. On behalf of the $468 billion dollar plastics industry and over one million workers nationwide, we are excited to collaborate with members from both parties to support policies that address the global environmental challenges we face. PLASTICS looks forward to serving as a resource to provide the facts that will move the needle in advancing sustainability and recycling.”
