PLASTICS' government affairs team

Join PLASTICS for our annual Plastics Industry Fly-In, to be held virtually this year, and help us make members of Congress understand the importance of our industry to our country's progress. The time is now to rally for solutions in the House and Senate that will create jobs and economic growth and push back against misconceptions leading to harmful policy proposals in Washington. Past events have produced valuable relationships across the political spectrum as well as legislative successes that with your participation we can continue to grow upon.

How to Get Involved

Please indicate your availability from June 7-10 on the registration page. Mark your calendars. We encourage you to participate in Monday's opening session to learn more about the issues from experts, best practices for virtual advocacy and messaging tips for effective meetings.

A PLASTICS staff member will contact you to provide more information about the Fly-In and to discuss which members of Congress you would like us to schedule 30-minute virtual meetings with during the four-day period. There is no charge to participate.

Who Should Attend

Materials suppliers, equipment manufacturers and moldmakers, processors and converters, and recyclers – PLASTICS member companies across the supply chain and their employees – are invited to participate. Encourage your colleagues to register as well.
