Comment Periods Closing for EPA Rules on Chemical Prioritization and Risk Evaluation and TSCA Inventory Reset

As previously reported, EPA has proposed three framework rules under the amended Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA); comments are due March 14 and 20:

  • Procedures for Prioritization of Chemicals for Risk Evaluation Under the Toxic Substances Control Act
  • Procedures for Chemical Risk Evaluation Under the Amended Toxic Substances Control Act
  • TSCA Inventory Notification (Active-Inactive) Requirements
