Elena has more than 20 years of experience working with Federal and Provincial governments in Canada, along with municipalities and Indigenous communities to advance large-scale national initiatives in the iron, energy, transportation, technology, and cultural sectors.

In this current role, Elena and the team represent Canada’s plastics industry by promoting the value of developing a circular economy, and advocating for greater collaboration between industry, governments, and other stakeholders to eliminate plastic waste, while embracing the benefits of plastics for our modern and sustainable way of life.
