Serving as vice president of industry relations and member engagement for PLASTICS, Glenn is a seasoned and accomplished leader with more than thirty-five years of operations, P&L management, commercial and sales/marketing management expertise. He has held positions of increasing responsibility in direct sales, sales leadership and general management serving the plastics processing industry.

His career encompasses a steady progression of accomplishments, responsibilities and active involvement in key strategic decisions. Glenn is especially dedicated to creating healthy and productive work environments built on transparency, critical and creative thinking, strategic planning and execution.

Glenn’s impressive resume includes extensive experience in the manufacturing, distribution and servicing of highly engineered and customized systems within the plastic technology and processing industry. That includes a full-line product portfolio featuring hot runner systems injection molding, mold components, blow molding and extrusion equipment.

Prior to his current position, Glenn was a current at-large officer of the PLASTICS board of directors. He is also the past chairman of the Plastics Industry Equipment Council and served as the 2018 chairman for NPE, the industry’s preeminent trade show. His credentials also include membership in the Society of Plastics Engineers (since 1984) and the Plastics Pioneers Association (since 2010).  

Glenn holds a 1984 B.A. in History from Rutgers University, Rutgers College, located in New Brunswick, New Jersey. In 2003, he earned an M.B.A. from Xavier University, Williams College of Business, located in Cincinnati, Ohio.
