All PLASTICS members are welcome to join us for the next EHS+ Committee meeting, where members responsible for environmental, occupational safety and health, and product regulatory matters come together to address the latest regulatory activity impacting plastics, engage with federal agency leadership, and exchange best practices with industry peers.

Held right before the Plastics Industry Fly-In* and the PLASTICS Spring National Board Meeting*, this offers meeting additional opportunities to meet and network with lawmakers.

EHS+ Committee meeting highlights once again include discussions with representatives from EPA and OSHA on key industry and agency activities, issues and priorities.

Sessions focusing on environmental, occupational safety and health, and product regulatory issues will include:

  • Lockout/tagout, combustible dust, and leading indicators of safety
  • Chemical management from the state to global level, including the latest under TSCA
  • Advancing pollution prevention, striving for zero net waste, and other sustainability issues

Register by March 20, 2019 for in-person participation or by March 22 to participate by web meeting. This meeting is free for PLASTICS members to attend.
