Join the Future Leaders in Plastics (FLiP) Book Club to participate in leadership development discussions, get inspired by other young professionals, and learn new strategies for personal and/or professional growth. - Open to professionals under the age of 40

Humor at Work from Andrew Tarvin

TED Talk Description: In this talk Andrew Tarvin talks about how he brought humor to the workplace while he worked at Procter & Gamble. After being complimented by co-workers on how humor helped them enjoy their work, Andrew decided to start becoming a humor engineer--using humor to help people become more efficient and effective in the workplace.
