WASHINGTON – The Plastics Industry Association (PLASTICS) hosted its first annual PLASTICS Packaging Summit last week in a virtual and on-demand format. With nearly 200 attendees from across the industry, the PLASTICS Packaging Summit provided in-depth analysis from more than 30 experts on market conditions, packaging innovations and sustainability/recycling efforts, legislation, materials supply shortages, and workforce development and retention issues.
