Evaluating the Flame Surface Treatment of Polyolefin Bottles

AU-137 is a recommended practice that provides assistance to bottle manufacturers, product packagers, and others in evaluating the effectiveness of flame surface treatment on polyolefin bottles. It helps predict the adhesion that can be achieved with paper labels and silk screened inks. It is important to note that this method is not intended for evaluating production ink application.
