PLASTICS Earns 2026 Top Workplace Recognition from WTOP News

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Plastics Industry Association (PLASTICS) has been named a 2026 Top Workplace by WTOP News. The Top Workplace recognition is based entirely on employee feedback collected through a confidential, third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage. The survey measures key elements of the workplace experience, including whether employees feel respected, supported, empowered and able to grow.

“Winning this award is a direct reflection of the people who show up every day and make the Plastics Industry Association what it is,” said Matt Seaholm, president and CEO of PLASTICS. “Their dedication, collaboration and commitment to our mission have built a workplace culture we are proud to celebrate. As we work to protect, promote and grow the plastics industry, these are the people who drive that success every day.”

The recognition reflects PLASTICS’ commitment to creating an environment where employees are empowered to make an impact, grow professionally and contribute to meaningful work that advances the organization’s mission. Additionally, this award would not have been won without the support of our Board of Directors. It is the volunteer leaders of our member companies that drive this association to be as strong as we can be.
